2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ORÉYA provides accessible-premium fashion jewelry. Our products are crafted using a 316L stainless steel core with 18K gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating. We do not sell fine jewelry, solid gold, or diamonds.

• Product Descriptions: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Product Claims: While our products are highly resistant to water and hypoallergenic, individual skin sensitivities vary.

• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable. For international and GCC shipments, the customer is responsible for all local customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees applied upon entry (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ORÉYA or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright and trademark laws. The "ORÉYA" wordmark and symbol are registered trademarks of Oreya FZE.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
