SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every ORÉYA piece is crafted for daily wear and packaged to arrive securely. We process and dispatch orders from our Dubai facility Monday through Saturday.

United Arab Emirates

• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST are delivered the next working day.

• Coverage: We deliver across all seven emirates. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 24–48 hours.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)

• Express Delivery: 3 working days.

• Couriers: Shipped securely via international express partners 

International

• Express Delivery: 3 - 5 working days.

Order Processing & Packaging

• Your jewelry is carefully secured in our signature packing.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST, or on Sundays and UAE public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (GCC & International)

• All international orders (including GCC countries) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

• Your local customs authority may apply import duties, VAT, or clearance fees upon entry.

• The recipient is fully responsible for paying these charges to release the shipment. ORÉYA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
